Harvard Brik

Harvard Brik and Quik-Brik are America’s most popular structural veneer units that are available as either structural load-bearing or veneer units which offer impressive strength, lasting durability and unparalleled design flexibility that lasts the life of the building. Both Harvard and Quik-Brik offer the rich look of brick that is more cost-effective than traditional clay brick.

Harvard Brik unit has a blended appearance on the pre-finished brick face that is permanent and resists fading. Quik-Brik has a flashed color palette. Most importantly, Harvard Brik and Quik Brik are designed to color match buildings to the geographic regions. Almost all building codes and communities welcome the use of these products.

Both Harvard and Quik-Brik are available with patented Control-Blok Technology. The new improved design angles the top web surfaces toward the center of the unit. Wind driven rain and crack induced water leakage is now safely controlled in the middle of the unit. This simple and effective value-added feature helps keep interior walls dry and prevents mold growth.

Both Harvard Brik and Quik-Brik exceed local and national building requirements for compressive strength and absorption. With the hollow cores, loose-fill or foamed in insulation can be used to increase the R-values and create energy efficient walls that meet Model Energy Codes. In addition, the hollow core allows for the placement of grout and rebar.

Choosing a Harvard Brik blend or the Quik-Brik flashed color palette, you’ll find just the right color and shade to bring out the best in your design.
